INS Naturalization Certificate of artist’s immigrant grandmother on unfixed photo paper. Gallery visitors are given lanterns which erase the photo the more they look at it. The lanterns also block out dimly lit “exquisite corpse” videos in three bays, offering a moment for visitors to question their comfort in darkness in exchange for seeing.
